Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 May 2026  ·  Published by AXELARIO SAS

The short version Dressix stores all your wardrobe data on your device only. We do not operate a server, we do not collect your data, and we do not sell or share anything about you. Cloud AI features (Claude, GPT-4) use your own API key and send data directly to Anthropic or OpenAI — never to AXELARIO. Outfit prompts include your wardrobe list, occasion, weather, and optionally your age, city, style preference, and nickname — only the fields you have filled in. Garment photos are sent only for tagging, not for outfit generation. Apple Intelligence processes everything on-device; nothing leaves your iPhone.

1. Who we are

Dressix is developed and published by AXELARIO SAS, a French company, headquartered in France. You can reach us at privacy@axelar.io.

2. Data stored on your device

All wardrobe data — garment photos, names, tags, outfit history, ratings, and your profile (nickname, birth year, location text, style description) — is stored exclusively on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device through AXELARIO.

If you use a cloud AI provider (Claude or GPT-4), your API key is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and is never transmitted to AXELARIO. If you use Apple Intelligence, no API key is stored or required.

3. Data sent to third parties

Dressix supports three AI providers with different data-sharing profiles:

Claude (Anthropic) & GPT-4 (OpenAI)

When you configure a cloud AI provider, Dressix makes two types of API call. Each call goes directly from your device to the provider's servers using your own API key. AXELARIO's servers are never involved.

Garment tagging — when you add a new garment, the following is sent:

Outfit generation — when you request outfit suggestions, the following is sent (no photo is included):

All profile fields (age, location, style, nickname) are optional. If a field is blank, it is simply omitted from the prompt — nothing is sent in its place.

Anthropic's use of data sent to Claude is governed by the Anthropic Privacy Policy. OpenAI's use of data sent to GPT-4 is governed by the OpenAI Privacy Policy.

Apple Intelligence (on-device)

When you use Apple Intelligence, all processing happens entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. No data is sent to Apple, AXELARIO, or any third party. Note that Apple Intelligence does not support garment photo analysis — garment details are entered manually. Outfit generation runs fully on-device using the same wardrobe data described above, but it never leaves your iPhone. Apple Intelligence requires iOS 26 and an eligible device with Apple Intelligence enabled.

If you do not configure any AI provider, no data is ever sent off your device.

4. Permissions we request

You can revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.

5. Analytics and tracking

Dressix does not include any analytics SDK, advertising network, or tracking library. We do not track your behaviour within the app and we do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Children's privacy

Dressix is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because all data is stored on-device and no account is required, there is no data for us to collect regardless of age.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

Because AXELARIO does not receive or store your personal data, we cannot provide, correct, or delete a copy of it on your behalf — the data exists only on your device and is under your full control. You can delete it at any time by removing the app.

For data you have sent to a cloud AI provider, please refer to their respective privacy policies and data-subject request processes: Anthropic (Claude) · OpenAI (GPT-4). Apple Intelligence data never leaves your device, so no third-party request is needed.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
